I was recommended Dr Jackson by another doctor who I use to see. I strongly recommended Dr Jackson, he clearly understands epilepsy and has a strong interest in this field. Very helpful, great doctor.

I have been treated for Epilepsy for over ten years by Matthew Jackson at The Chiltern Hospital. I cannot fault the level of care received. He is a thorough listener and always gives practical, sensible and well justified advice in my opinion. He is a very easy man to talk to, will explain things very well in plain language and I enjoy his ability to blend a well placed air of humour into sometimes difficult discussions. I started seeing him when I lived near The Chiltern Hospital but having moved away from the area will still always make the 90 minute journey to see him if required. That said, I have only seen him a few times in 12 years which I like to think is a result of the quality of care, advice and guidance received.

I saw Dr Jackson as a young student diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I was scared and confused, receiving conflicting pieces of advice from various professionals. Dr Jackson was extremely supportive, he fully explained my possibilities, the treatments available and likely progression of disease. I felt much calmer and better informed after seeing him. I would definitely recommend him-he's professional, approachable and sensitive to patient's unique needs.

Saw Mr Jackson a few years ago as a patient at the Shelbourne part of Wycombe Hospital. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and seemed very interested in my condition which initially had the symptoms of neurocysticercosis (turned out not to be). In all my visits he showed empathy and was professional at all times, I never had cause to question the level of care I was receiving. If I needed any further Neuro diags I wouldn't hesitate to see this consultant again.
